Best Christmas present EVER, I’ve been asking my husband for a bidet for the last 2 year after returning from our trip to Japan. The Bidet Shop – Trustworthy and reliable – really great product
I had a few questions regarding installation and they were very very helpful – I’m not a handyman but it was very straightforward and Kevin was more than happy to answer any questions. Sometimes after you purchase the supplier does not want to know about you however this experience was the exact opposite. I live in the country so everything had to be over the phone and this is not a product line I am familiar with- the sales team was great, talking through all the options and very patient going through pros and cons of different models – I like to buy the right thing the first time. I had a follow up call and email from Marc from customer service to ensure I was happy and that installation went ahead successfully.
Unit has been great so far, remote control is great and now understanding a lot better why certain features were recommended. I am very happy with the purchase and have realised I would have been disappointed if I had just tried to decide without the helpful advice. You don’t know what you don’t know – It’s not like a TV or something where you have lots of experience with features and know what you want.
