Everything you need to know about tracking, confirmation, and what to do if something's not right.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed and dispatched, your tracking number is emailed to you automatically. Just click the link in that email to follow your parcel.
- Tracking becomes active once the courier scans your parcel — this can take 24–48 hours after dispatch.
- If your tracking number isn't working 48 hours after receiving it, or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll sort it out.
When will I get my shipping confirmation?
You'll receive your shipping confirmation as soon as your order is packed and ready to go — usually within 1 business day of placing your order.
Placed on a Friday? Your order will most likely be processed the following Monday.
Backorder or pre-order item? Your confirmation is sent once the product is in stock — check your order confirmation for details.
Haven't received a confirmation? First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, it's possible your email was entered incorrectly — get in touch and we'll fix it.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Sorry to hear that. Before contacting us, please check the following — it resolves most cases quickly:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status update.
- Visit your local post office — they don't always leave a card, but your parcel may be waiting there.
- Ask a neighbour — occasional misdeliveries do happen.
If you've done all of the above and still can't locate your order, submit a support request and our team will chase it up with the courier directly.
Do you ship to all states and territories?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide, including WA, NT, and remote areas. Delivery times and rates may vary for remote postcodes. If you're unsure whether your location is covered, drop us a line before ordering.
