I needed a new filter and toilet lid and was very impressed by the service from the attendant. He didn’t have a toilet lid on hand but arranged for one to be posted to me from the warehouse and it arrived 3 or 4 days later. He also showed me the correct way to replace the lid and gave me a terrific discount from the recommended price. Very happy with my experience at the Bidet Shop and highly recommend this business.

Superb customer service. Nothing was of trouble to them, no matter how big or small the issue was. After owning a Coway bidet for 6 years we renovated the house and I needed elongated seat. I rang to order one and they supplied one free of charge. Always very prompt and polite in their dealings with a customer.

I purchased my first Bidet from them in 2022 and the after sales service and support is exceptional. They have a great team. I was recently liaising with Narvin, Kevin and Viance when some issues arose with my Bidet just before Christmas. All issues addressed far beyond my expectations and finalised on 31 December. The team is very professional, experienced, friendly, empathetic and easy to talk to. Narvin extended the warranty that recently expired to cover return postage, testing and any repairs of the Bidet. You might find bidets a few dollars cheaper on some of the online discount websites. Having an issue with my Throne toilet just before Christmas I thought was going to be a long wait for information or service but The Bidet Shop were very prompt with calling back and arranging for my part to be delivered on the 23rd. We bought a BA-13 to replace an old BA-15, and were happy with it, but for the fact that we were getting some water hammer noise with the new setup. I spoke with Narvin and he was really helpful and understanding, and offered to send me out a different type of connector for the BA-13 free of charge, so that I could use a different anti-backflow device that I already had. Water hammer has gone and we're super happy with the service received from The Bidet Shop.

Update I'm going to have to remove this review. I was told last Monday that the components would be expressed delivered, however it's now the following Monday and they still haven't arrived. I phoned on Saturday after getting out of hospital for a tracking number and have not heard anything back. I told them it was urgent as I've just had surgery and obviously need this for hygiene reasons Super-helpful staff go over and above, I was needing some spare parts that had got lost in moving house. I also needed them urgently due to upcoming surgery. Rory and Tia thanks in particular. Knowledgeable about the Coway product and various requirements, good after-sales service.

highly recommend purchasing from the team at the Bidet Shop. i came to this shop after needing some advice on which of the many types would not only fit and suit the toiler we had bought, but also suit an elderly lady who it was for. the many variables were made easy; in fact Peter Phan not only guarranteed the fit which made me far more confident that it would a no stress transaction but that the top of the range bidet seat we chose was indeed suitable for the 96yr old lady who needed it to be right immediately. The bidets are excellent, especially for someone with mobility impairments; but this is something I would have benefitted from years ago. The service is also very good - the seat had broken, and they immediately sent a seat Express post, along with links to a video and instructions how to replace (it did not need a plumber to replace). Narvin was particularly helpful.

A really big thanks to Narvin who provided prompt service with a follow up phone call. The repair was done quickly and I must say I was very happy with the response, even though I'm in Sydney and he's in the Gold Coast.

Navin is very helpful and courteous. He also takes the trouble to follow up to see if I have any further problems he can help to resolve.

Very very happy with this product, I have a daughter with a disability and she is able to use the bidet without needing assistance. No more dirty bottoms, well worth the investment. I bought my bidet from The Bidet Shop 10 years ago and since then have purchased a few more for family and friends. The staff are very knowledgeable and the company I find are very easy to deal with and if I ever have any issues with my bidet the staff are always on hand to help. Excellent after sales support and problem solving advice. I had small plastic parts express posted to me across the breadth of Australia, at no extra charge, when my bidet developed a leak.

We bought our Coway bidet in 2015 and it has performed perfectly until a few days ago when a part failed. I contacted The Bidet Shop and explained what had happened and asked for a replacement part as I expected to pay given the age of the product. However they immediately shipped a replacement and did not charge at all. Every dealing I have had with their customer service team has been most helpful and they go the extra mile to support their customers. Highly recommend the product and their service.

The help desk at the Bidet shop were great. I had a problem with one of the two Bidets more than a year after we had installed them. The help desk responded with plenty of information via email and assisted us in resolving the problem. I would recommend this product even just for the quality of the after sales service and support!

I purchased my first Bidet and after only a few months my wife wanted one too! They are very healthy and hygienic. We purchased our second one and have never looked back. The Bidet Shop has proven time and time again to be a great source of helpful support and we can happily recommend this company to anyone. And I must add, once you have had a Bidet, you will not be satisfied without one! They are truly a healthy and positive ingredient in a higher quality of life.

After sales service is poor. They have no tech or service man to come to sort out any problems or issues with the bidet. You must remove the bidet and take to their service centre yourself. If you are quite elderly (in this instance 88 years old) this is quite an extraordinary ask (its not that easy to remove from toilet) and especially when said elderly person must get a taxi to drop it off at service centre then again to pick it up and re install! Was advised that in the cases of elderly or disabled that one must find someone else to do all this for them. Ridiculous! They USED to have service techs come to the house! Edited to reply to response below from Bidet Shop. There was NO offer of any service technician for a fee or otherwise . Was ONLY told to get a neighbour or family to come and sort out and take to service centre during business hours OR to contact a private contractor to come fix! I know you say it is easy to install and install these bidets but the elderly lady had to get a plumber to install hers initially after being told by your staff that she could easily install it herself when she purchased it as you didnt even have that service! The plumber laughed at the suggestion she should have done it herself as it wasnt that easy!

I tried Tradelink, Samios, Aida Care and my OT and no one had a clue about commode, bidet and toilet pan interfaces. I contacted Caroma and they had no idea. I researched it myself and no luck. The commodes and toilet pans interface but not the bidet. Danni an OT provided outstanding service and persisted and promptly answered all my emails making sure that the pan , commode and bidet interfaced and that I did not have to have the offset disabled toilet pan which would affect resale value of the house. Outstanding service in every respect.
