Before ordering, measure your toilet using the diagrams below. The Coway BA-13A is available in Regular and Elongated seat sizes to suit most Australian toilets.

This bidet will fit your toilet if your measurements meet all of the following:

The BA-13A features a quick-release base plate that enables installation on both fully concealed toilets (no seat bolt access) and standard toilets with accessible seat bolts. If installing on a fully concealed toilet, Top Fixing Bolts must be purchased separately.
The 1.5m power lead exits from the right-hand side and the water pipe connects on the left-hand side when facing the toilet. This cannot be changed.
Installation Requirements
A licensed plumber must complete installation in accordance with WMTS 051:2016 Bidet Douche Seat. You will need the following before booking:
Within reach of the toilet connection point on the left-hand side.
240V powerpoint within 1.5 metres of the toilet (right-hand side).
Know whether your tap is on the LHS wall, RHS wall, or inside the cistern — additional fittings may be required.
1m of ¼" white pipe and 1× elbow kit required.
½" internal fitting kit and 1× elbow kit required.
Top Fixing Bolts must be purchased separately.
If installed on a toilet with arms, rails, or an 80mm spacer, additional accessories such as extension brackets or extra long top fixing bolts may be required. Call us on 1300 243 387 before ordering if you need help measuring your toilet or confirming compatibility.

Extended Warranty Option
Extend your cover by up to 2 additional years during the initial warranty period — bringing total coverage to 4 years. Parts and labour included; postage costs apply.
