Getting Started
5 questionsFor your health and hygiene — full stop. Think about it this way: if you had dirt on your hand, you wouldn't wipe it off with dry paper and call it clean. The same logic applies to your body.
Our bidets cleanse with a warm, filtered water stream and dry with a gentle airflow — leaving you genuinely fresh every time. No toilet paper comes close.
Not at all — that's a common misconception. Our bidets feature two separate nozzles: one for posterior cleansing (for everyone) and a dedicated feminine hygiene nozzle. Health specialists recommend bidet use for both men and women.
Very little — about 500ml per wash on average. That's roughly two glasses of water. For context, a 10-minute shower uses up to 120 litres.
And since toilet paper manufacturing is extremely water and chemical intensive, switching to a bidet often has a net positive environmental impact — even accounting for the water used per wash.
No. All bidet functions are seat-activated — the bidet only operates when someone is seated on it. The moment the seat is vacated, everything stops automatically.
We only stock bidets that meet Australian Watermark certification — a standard that many imported bidets fail. Our range features instantaneous water heating (no stagnant tank), dual nozzle systems for cross-contamination prevention, and in-house repair capability.
We also cover return shipping on warranty repairs. Most retailers don't. Learn more about us →
Health & Hygiene
3 questionsYes. Our bidets use an instantaneous heating system — water is heated on demand as it flows through the unit, so there is no standing water that could harbour bacteria. It also passes through a built-in filter before it reaches you.
The two separate nozzles prevent cross-contamination — a common issue with cheaper single-nozzle designs.
Yes — and eliminating toilet paper use is actually beneficial for septic systems. Filtered water is far kinder to your system than paper products.
Our bidets work with household water pressure between 100 kPa and 680 kPa.
If your pressure is above 680 kPa, a pressure restrictor is available at checkout. If you're on tank water or a pump system, confirm your minimum pressure is at least 100 kPa before ordering — the bidet may not function correctly below this level.
Installation
3 questionsThe bidet connects directly to your existing toilet plumbing — all required parts are included, and most licensed plumbers can complete the job in under an hour.
Important: Australian plumbing law requires all products connected to a water supply to be installed by a licensed plumber. This applies to bidets.
Most standard Australian toilets are compatible. Use our size guide before purchasing to confirm the right fit — it only takes a minute and prevents any sizing issues.
Electronic bidet seats require a standard 240V power point near the toilet. If your bathroom doesn't already have one within reach of the bidet, you'll need a licensed electrician to install one at the same time.
Medical & Disability
3 questionsA bidet restores independence for people who find standard toilet hygiene difficult due to age, disability, or impaired motor function. The wash-and-dry cycle replaces manual wiping entirely.
Our bidets are widely recommended by occupational therapists across Australia. Visit our Medical & Disability page for more information and OT resources.
Test the bidet yourself first — especially the temperature settings — before using it for a patient. Always start at the lowest settings and adjust based on the person's comfort.
Our team is happy to talk through the right model for your patient's needs. Call us on 1300 243 387.
In many cases, yes. Bidets can be funded through NDIS, Home Care Packages, or DVA programs when recommended by an occupational therapist. Visit our Medical & Disability page or contact our team to discuss your situation.

Shipping & Warranty
4 questionsWe ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. A physical street address and contact phone number are required — we cannot deliver to PO Boxes for electronic bidet seats. A signature may be required on delivery for larger parcels.
12–24 months manufacturer's warranty depending on the model. If a fault occurs during the warranty period, we cover the cost of return shipping to our repair centre — something most other retailers don't offer.
Products are typically repaired and returned the same day they arrive. Extended warranty plans are also available. View warranty details →
For faulty goods, we offer a refund, exchange, or credit in line with Australian Consumer Law. If you receive a product that is faulty, wrongly described, or not as shown, we'll make it right.
Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted, and for hygiene reasons returns cannot be accepted on used units. Please use our size guide to confirm compatibility before ordering.
