Yes. Our bidets use an instantaneous heating system — water is heated on demand as it flows through the unit, so there is no standing water that could harbour bacteria. It also passes through a built-in filter before it reaches you.

The two separate nozzles prevent cross-contamination — a common issue with cheaper single-nozzle designs.

Yes — and eliminating toilet paper use is actually beneficial for septic systems. Filtered water is far kinder to your system than paper products.

Our bidets work with household water pressure between 100 kPa and 680 kPa.

If your pressure is above 680 kPa, a pressure restrictor is available at checkout. If you're on tank water or a pump system, confirm your minimum pressure is at least 100 kPa before ordering — the bidet may not function correctly below this level.

The bidet connects directly to your existing toilet plumbing — all required parts are included, and most licensed plumbers can complete the job in under an hour.

Important: Australian plumbing law requires all products connected to a water supply to be installed by a licensed plumber. This applies to bidets.

Electronic bidet seats require a standard 240V power point near the toilet. If your bathroom doesn't already have one within reach of the bidet, you'll need a licensed electrician to install one at the same time.

A bidet restores independence for people who find standard toilet hygiene difficult due to age, disability, or impaired motor function. The wash-and-dry cycle replaces manual wiping entirely.

In the rare case that a price changes between ordering and dispatch, we will always contact you first — we will never charge a different amount without your explicit approval. We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. A physical street address and contact phone number are required — we cannot deliver to PO Boxes for electronic bidet seats. A signature may be required on delivery for larger parcels.

12–24 months manufacturer's warranty depending on the model. If a fault occurs during the warranty period, we cover the cost of return shipping to our repair centre — something most other retailers don't offer.

For faulty goods, we offer a refund, exchange, or credit in line with Australian Consumer Law. If you receive a product that is faulty, wrongly described, or not as shown, we'll make it right.

Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted, and for hygiene reasons returns cannot be accepted on used units. Please use our size guide to confirm compatibility before ordering.
