This bidet can fit on either a fully concealed toilet (no access to seat bolts) or a toilet that does have access to seat bolts — the quick-release base plate handles both.
The 1.5m power lead exits from the right-hand side and the water pipe connects on the left-hand side when facing the toilet. This cannot be changed.
Installation Requirements
A licensed plumber must complete installation. You will need the following before booking:
Within reach of the toilet connection point on the left-hand side.
240V powerpoint within 1.5 metres of the toilet (right-hand side).
Know whether your tap is on the wall, in the cistern, or cistern-in-wall — additional fittings may be required.
1m of ¼" white pipe and 2× John Guest adaptors required.
½" internal fitting kit, 1× John Guest adaptor & 1m of white pipe required.
Know if you have access to seat bolts underneath — both top-fixing and bottom-fixing bolt sets are included.
Additional accessories may be required depending on your toilet configuration (spacers, extension brackets, extra-long bolts). Contact our team before ordering if unsure.

All repairs are carried out by our qualified technicians. Standard protocol dictates each product is repaired the same day it is received. If applicable, payment is required prior to the start of any repairs.

I purchased the Eco Bidet R-500 and the 3-in-1 arms accessory from The Bidet Shop at the end of January 2023 for my elderly mother. The sales representative who helped me make my purchase was excellent as I had a number of questions as I didn’t know much about bidets. The install guides and video instructions provided were great as the plumber I employed had not installed one before. We have been using the bidet for several weeks now and my mother has been slowly getting used to it. The removable remote control is another great plus to this bidet.
