Turn Clockwise → Hip Wash

Turn Counterclockwise → Women’s Wash
Rotate counterclockwise from centre to activate the feminine front wash.
Press Once → Stop / Flush
Press centre to stop any active wash function or to manually initiate a flush cycle.
Double Press → Activate Dryer

Installation
Installation Requirements
A licensed plumber must complete the installation. Please confirm the following before booking:
S-trap Distance
Rough-in (floor waste centre to wall) must be 300–400 mm. Does not suit P-trap (wall waste).
Power Point (GPO)
240V GPO within 1.5 m of toilet, 300+ mm above floor, by licensed electrician per AS/NZS 3000:2018.
Cold Water Supply
Cold water connection within reach. Direct pipe connection — no storage tank required.
Watermark Certified Parts Only
Only Watermark-certified plumbing components may be used. Others void warranty and breach compliance.
Inlet Connection Torque
Tighten each inlet connection to a maximum of 10 N·m. Leakage test required before first use.
Sealing & Fixing
Apply mildew-resistant sealant where pan meets floor. Top-fix and bottom-fix configurations both suitable.
Professional installation is required. Australian regulations require a licensed plumber for all installation and maintenance. Self-installation voids the warranty. Contact our team if you need help finding a qualified installer.
