Really happy with the service. Staff were polite and helpful. I particularly found the online bidet picket app extremely useful and easy, and I was given good advice by the staff member I talked to afterwards. Bidet is great and works well. Saved my ass! :P

I recently Contacted Narvin at the Bidet shop on the Gold Coast because I was trying to fit a replacement lid to our Bidet and having problems with it.Narvin sent me a video on how to fit it which explained it really well, consequently after watching the video I had the lid installed perfectly in about 5 minutes. I needed a new filter and toilet lid and was very impressed by the service from the attendant. He didn’t have a toilet lid on hand but arranged for one to be posted to me from the warehouse and it arrived 3 or 4 days later. He also showed me the correct way to replace the lid and gave me a terrific discount from the recommended price. Very happy with my experience at the Bidet Shop and highly recommend this business.
Superb customer service. Nothing was of trouble to them, no matter how big or small the issue was. After owning a Coway bidet for 6 years we renovated the house and I needed elongated seat. I rang to order one and they supplied one free of charge. Always very prompt and polite in their dealings with a customer.
I highly recommend the Bidet Shop if you are searching for the right Bidet for you. They stock quality bidets which are covered by warranty. I purchased my first Bidet from them in 2022 and the after sales service and support is exceptional. They have a great team. I was recently liaising with Narvin, Kevin and Viance when some issues arose with my Bidet just before Christmas. All issues addressed far beyond my expectations and finalised on 31 December. The team is very professional, experienced, friendly, empathetic and easy to talk to. Narvin extended the warranty that recently expired to cover return postage, testing and any repairs of the Bidet. I was also offered an excellent trade in deal when I decided to purchase a new one. Please give this wonderful Australian owned and operated business your support. You might find bidets a few dollars cheaper on some of the online discount websites. However, if you purchase there, you won't have the peace of mind of the wonderful after sales service and support the Bidet Shop offers. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. 😘😘😘🕊
Having an issue with my Throne toilet just before Christmas I thought was going to be a long wait for information or service but The Bidet Shop were very prompt with calling back and arranging for my part to be delivered on the 23rd. Having someone on the phone and reply to my email was very helpful. Thank you. P.S toilet fixed on Boxing Day!!

I got the Coway BA13B bidet 2 years ago and I’m very happy with it. A plumber replaced my toilet seat with the bidet seat. It is easy to use and the features are worth every cent. I will buy again.

Update I'm going to have to remove this review. I was told last Monday that the components would be expressed delivered, however it's now the following Monday and they still haven't arrived. I phoned on Saturday after getting out of hospital for a tracking number and have not heard anything back. I told them it was urgent as I've just had surgery and obviously need this for hygiene reasons Super-helpful staff go over and above, I was needing some spare parts that had got lost in moving house. I also needed them urgently due to upcoming surgery. Rory and Tia thanks in particular. Knowledgeable about the Coway product and various requirements, good after-sales service.
We bought a BA-13 to replace an old BA-15, and were happy with it, but for the fact that we were getting some water hammer noise with the new setup. I spoke with Narvin and he was really helpful and understanding, and offered to send me out a different type of connector for the BA-13 free of charge, so that I could use a different anti-backflow device that I already had. Water hammer has gone and we're super happy with the service received from The Bidet Shop.

when the Bidet (Coway) i ordered was not working Narvin from the Bidet Shop went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I received a new Bidet and followed up regularly to ensure all was working well I would highly recommend this Bidet This is excellent post purchase service .
highly recommend purchasing from the team at the Bidet Shop. i came to this shop after needing some advice on which of the many types would not only fit and suit the toiler we had bought, but also suit an elderly lady who it was for. the many variables were made easy; in fact Peter Phan not only guarranteed the fit which made me far more confident that it would a no stress transaction but that the top of the range bidet seat we chose was indeed suitable for the 96yr old lady who needed it to be right immediately. Huge thanks to Narvin Chee-Wood who replaced the hand held control after it was dropped into try neutron tiles on the second day l of use. Not only did they do this out of sheer goodwill, it arrived the very next day. hich Thanks again Narcin - you restored her dignity and stopped me from a weekend of cleaning manually around the netherss. .

We had an issue with the remote control on our bidet an Narvin from the bidet Shop was very prompt in responding and in replacing the faulty part. The bidets are excellent, especially for someone with mobility impairments; but this is something I would have benefitted from years ago. The service is also very good - the seat had broken, and they immediately sent a seat Express post, along with links to a video and instructions how to replace (it did not need a plumber to replace). Narvin was particularly helpful.
A really big thanks to Narvin who provided prompt service with a follow up phone call. The repair was done quickly and I must say I was very happy with the response, even though I'm in Sydney and he's in the Gold Coast.
Hi, we have had nothing but GREAT service from this store. I'm sorry I dont recall all the names that have helped us, over the years. But Jess, was a God send to me, I sent photos, jess replied. With great attention 👌. Now I have a new Bidet just waiting to be installed. We had 11 years out of outr Bidet. I think the Bidet Shop only deals with quality products. And Quality staff. Good Jobbbbb Marg from Coombabah Nearly 12months, and our little Bidet thought it would play up. So with help from the customer care service, and my tenacity,to work it out, I went through the trouble shooting steps. But there was 1 thing I couldn't do. But with the help of the lovely guy on the other end of the phone, it worked out. So again, I had NOTHING but EXCELLENT service from the Bidet Customer Care service. Im not quite sure of his name, (because i was on my second wine.)But he was very professional, and he was in South Australia, at the time of our call.
Navin is very helpful and courteous. He also takes the trouble to follow up to see if I have any further problems he can help to resolve.
Very very happy with this product, I have a daughter with a disability and she is able to use the bidet without needing assistance. No more dirty bottoms, well worth the investment. Staff are also very friendly and helpful when speaking on the phone.Would certainly recommend this product for all ages. Cheryl
I bought my bidet from The Bidet Shop 10 years ago and since then have purchased a few more for family and friends. The staff are very knowledgeable and the company I find are very easy to deal with and if I ever have any issues with my bidet the staff are always on hand to help. If you ever need a bidet, this is the shop to purchase from.
Excellent after sales support and problem solving advice. I had small plastic parts express posted to me across the breadth of Australia, at no extra charge, when my bidet developed a leak.
We bought our Coway bidet in 2015 and it has performed perfectly until a few days ago when a part failed. I contacted The Bidet Shop and explained what had happened and asked for a replacement part as I expected to pay given the age of the product. However they immediately shipped a replacement and did not charge at all. Every dealing I have had with their customer service team has been most helpful and they go the extra mile to support their customers. Highly recommend the product and their service.
