What's the difference between the BA-08 and BA-13?
The BA-08 is the feature-heavy option — Air+ wash, enema function, nano silver filter, triple spray width, and Australia's highest SWL at 200kg, with a large waterproof LCD remote with braille buttons. The BA-13 series focuses on instant water heating and self-sterilising stainless steel nozzles in a slimmer form factor with a magnetic remote. The BA-13B steps up with wide spray, deodoriser, and silver ionisation. Both are excellent — your choice comes down to which features matter most to you.
Will a Coway bidet fit my toilet?

Do I need a plumber or electrician to install a Coway bidet?
Coway bidets require a standard GPO (power outlet) near the toilet. If you don't have one, a licensed electrician can install it. The bidet itself is a DIY install in most cases — no plumber required. Step-by-step installation guides are available for both the BA-08 and BA-13 on their respective product guide pages.
What warranty do Coway bidets come with?
The BA-08 comes with a 2-year warranty, extendable to 4 years. BA-13 models include a standard 2-year warranty. All warranty work is handled in-house by our Gold Coast technicians — we don't outsource repairs.
Can I use a Coway bidet if I have limited mobility?
Yes. Both models come with remote controls so you don't need to reach around the seat. The BA-08's remote includes braille buttons for vision-impaired users. How do I maintain a Coway bidet?
Low maintenance. The self-cleaning nozzle rinses automatically before and after each use. The BA-08's nano silver ceramic filter and the BA-13's stainless steel nozzles both keep hygiene in check. For the seat exterior, wipe with a damp cloth — no abrasive cleaners. Replacement filters are available through The Bidet Shop.
