Eco EB-R500
The flagship.
Spa-level hygiene, every day. Self-cleaning stainless nozzle, triple heated comfort, bubble wash technology, and full remote control. WaterMark™ certified and built for Australian homes.
Available in two seat sizes.
One model. Two seat sizes — Regular and Elongated — to suit the full range of Australian toilets. Measure your toilet before ordering to confirm the right fit.
Clean. Precise.
Right at home.
The Regular seat suits the majority of standard Australian round-front toilet pans. If your toilet's total length is 490mm or more and the inner bowl is 320mm wide or above, the Regular is your fit.
More space.
Same precision.
The Elongated seat is designed for longer oval-front toilet pans, increasingly common in contemporary Australian bathrooms. If your total toilet length is 520mm or above, this is your size.
Bubble Wash.
A deeper clean with less water.
The EB-R500's aerated bubble wash technology infuses micro-bubbles into the water stream — penetrating deeper for a more thorough clean while using a fraction of the water of a conventional spray.
16 intelligent features.
Both seat sizes. No exceptions.
Whether you choose Regular or Elongated, you get the complete EB-R500 experience — every feature, every wash mode, the same WaterMark™ certified quality. Your seat size changes nothing except the fit.
Every feature, listed.
Everything the EB-R500 includes — standard across both seat sizes.
Built to exacting standards.
Every specification — designed to fit and work perfectly in Australian homes.

Will it fit your toilet?
Before ordering, measure your toilet using the guide below. All four measurements must be met for the bidet to fit correctly. The EB-R500 fits both fully-concealed toilets (no bolt access) and toilets with access to seat bolts.
- A licensed plumber is required for installation under Australian regulations.
- A 240V power point is required within 1.5m of the toilet on the right-hand side.
- The 1.5m power lead exits from the right-hand side; the water pipe connects on the left. Neither can be changed.
- Both top-fixing and bottom-fixing bolt sets are included in the box.
- If your tap is on the RHS: 1m of ¼″ white pipe + 2× John Guest adaptors required (sold separately).
- If your tap is in the cistern: ½″ internal fitting kit + 1× John Guest adaptor + 1m of white pipe required.
- Not sure? Contact our team before ordering and we'll confirm your requirements.
Everything you need to know.
All the answers before you buy — from sizing to installation.
Does the seat size (Regular vs Elongated) affect any features? +
No — Regular and Elongated are identical in every functional respect. All 16 features, the same wash modes, heating, dryer, remote control, and electronics are included in both. The only difference is the physical seat dimensions to suit your toilet pan shape.
How do I know if I need Regular or Elongated? +
Measure your toilet using the four dimensions in the sizing guide above (A, B, C and D). If your total toilet length is 490mm or more, Regular will typically fit. If your pan is longer than 490mm and you want more coverage, or if your inner bowl is over 320mm, the Elongated seat provides a better fit. If you're unsure, contact our team and we'll help you confirm.
Does it work with rainwater or low-pressure systems? +
Yes — the EB-R500 is specifically engineered to handle Australian rainwater conditions and low-pressure water systems. The bidet is designed to operate across the full range of Australian water supply pressures, making it suitable for rural properties, tank water, and low-mains-pressure areas.
Do I need a licensed plumber to install it? +
Yes — Australian regulations require a licensed plumber for installation. You'll also need a standard 240V power point within 1.5m of the toilet, installed by a licensed electrician if one isn't already present. Both top-fixing and bottom-fixing bolt sets are included, and the quick-release base plate suits both bolt-access and fully-concealed toilets.
What if the power goes out? +
The EB-R500 is a bidet seat — your toilet's existing flush system operates independently and continues to work during a power outage. The bidet functions (heated seat, water, dryer, remote) require power to operate, but your toilet remains fully functional as normal.
What does the warranty cover? +
The EB-R500 comes with a 2-year warranty: the first year covers full replacement with all postage included. The second year covers parts and labour (postage costs apply). An optional extended warranty of up to 2 additional years is available during the initial warranty period, bringing total coverage to 4 years. Accidental damage to external parts is not covered.
How often does the filter need replacing? +
Every 6–12 months under standard use, depending on your local water quality. Replacement filters are available directly from The Bidet Shop. A twin-pack (one year's supply) is available for $70 — saving $20 over buying individually. Use code TWINPACK at checkout.

"I purchased the Eco Bidet R-500 for my elderly mother. The sales representative was excellent — I had a lot of questions as I didn't know much about bidets. The install guides and video instructions were great, as the plumber hadn't installed one before. The removable remote control is another great plus."
"I bought my Eco Bidet almost 2 years ago and loved it instantly. After a serious accident to my arm, the bidet really came into its own. It has given excellent, trouble-free service. The Bidet Shop offered excellent and friendly service — I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for advice, service or maintenance."
