If your current toilet is fitted with a solid seat, you may need to replace it with a soft close seat prior to installation. This bidet must be installed with appropriate backflow protection conforming to the National Construction Code — Volume Three.

Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this period, if your CDW-1000 experiences any issues resulting from manufacturing defects, we will replace the product in its entirety.
Conditions:
- The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase, such as a valid sales receipt or order confirmation, is required for all warranty claims.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Any attempt to disassemble or repair the CDW-1000 by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
