If you have a malfunctioning bidet and would like to bring it in for repair, please ensure that you have booked it in and received a Repair number. Then you can take it to – The Bidet Shop Repair Centre: 7 Price Street, Southport 4215.
Repair Timelines:
Walk-in Repairs: Bidets brought in for repair without prior appointments will typically be serviced within 24 hours.
Prebooked Repairs: If you prefer to schedule a repair appointment, the turnaround time is approximately 1-2 hours.
Booking an Appointment & What to Bring:

Please ensure that you bring the following items when dropping off your bidet for repair:
