Smart Bidet Features

Soft Close Lid

With just a tap the seat and lid will soft close so there is no slamming. Be careful not to force the lid or seat down and put undue pressure on the dampening hinges.

Warm Water Wash

Four levels or water temperature: room/34°C/38°C/42°C. Five levels of water pressure to ensure the perfect wash. Once set the inbuilt memory will deliver your favorite setting each and every time.

Seat Sensor

The bidet spray is activated through the seat sensor which reads the moisture in your skin. It is not activated by weight. This stops unwanted sprays being activated.

MF Filter

The MF filter removes any suspended particles from the water before it pushes through the bidet. The water then passes through the silver ceramic balls collecting silver ions attacking any bacteria, germs or viruses that may be living water.

Rear Wash
Warm water cleansing posterior area for 1 min.
Enema Wash
Provides a strong, straight flow of water to assist in evacuating the bowel. Water stream runs for 1 min.
Nozzle Position Adjustment
While using the Rear or Feminine wash, the nozzle position can be adjusted forward or backward. Adjustable in five levels.
Child Wash
This function reduces the water pressure and air temp by half providing the ideal wash for children.

Warm water cleansing posterior area for 1 min.
Pulsate & Oscillate
While using any wash function the nozzle will move forwards and backwards when activated. Nozzle can pulsate the water as well.
Heated Seat & Dryer
The heated seat is ideal for those cool winter periods. The seat temperature is adjustable (button function number 8) to suit individual preferences.

We had to contact customer service regarding issues with a bidet out of warranty. We are extremely satisfied with the standard of service and the friendly attitude of the staff including those at the warehouse. We bought parts at reasonable price and got instructions how to fix it myself, all done and the team’s assistance is highly appreciated.

I bought a bidet from the Bidet Shop well over a month ago and then just the other day Mark called me from the Bidet Shop just to see if i was happy with my purchase and if there were any issues with the bidet. I found this to be well over and above from Mark. Actually i was having a minor issue with the bidet and explained this to Mark who promptly got the tech guy to give me a call to sort it out which happened within 40 minutes from the original call. Such good service. They are definitely leading the way with regards to product and service. Thank you Mark and the people at the Bidet Shop.
